List of Rates: (bridal/baby showers, family dinners/parties, retirement parties) 

                             effective March 18, 2025 

                                                  

1. Up to 50 guests                     $300.00         hourly rate- $60.00/ hr

  

    2. Over 50 guests                      $350.00         hourly rate- $70.00/ hr

 

 

    3. Corporate team building:       $20.00 Per person- (guarantee minimum of $200.00)

    4.  Event Package                        $40/45/50 per person-guarantee a minimum of 20 people.

 

         30% of deposit for all events is non-refundable if cancelled by the client.

 

No Greens Use events only – Indoor events.

• No alcohol-$2m (two million dollars) Public Liability Insurance

• Waivers must be signed by each person attending.

• Renters must provide a list of names/addresses/contact details of each person attending and the signed waivers.

 Greens Use and/or Alcohol.

• $5m (five million dollars) Public Liability Insurance

• Waivers must be signed by each person attending.

• Renters must provide a list of names/addresses/contact details of each person attending and the signed waivers.

Exception:

• Where a bowling rental event is run by TLBC members, it is covered by our own    OLBA PL insurance.

• No PL insurance is required by the renter.

• Waivers must be signed by each person attending.

• Renters must provide a list of names/addresses/contact details of each person attending.

Alcohol

• A Special Occasion Permit is required where alcohol is:

  • Sold (directly at the event)

    • “Sold” includes where the event has a cover charge or sells tickets and alcohol is then provided at no further cost to attendees.

  • Served (at no cost to attendees)

  • Brought by attendees (for their own consumption)

  • No one under 19 may possess or consume alcohol.

  • The Permit Holder (or designated responsible person) must check ID of anyone who appears to be under 19.
